Mass Pike to Route 128 North to Route 20 West (Exit 26)
Follow Route 20 through Weston, Wayland and into Sudbury (approximately 8.5 miles)
Turn left into Millbrook II driveway (opposite Bearly Read Books and hair salon in red clapboard building)

Route 495 to Route 20 exit in Marlboro
Follow Route 20 East for approximately 12 miles to Millbrook II on your right (opposite Bearly Read Books and hair salon in red clapboard building)
