Our Approach

The Wayland Group provides counsel that is innovative, intensive, and strongly results-oriented.  All programs and recommendations offered are specifically tailored to the particular needs of the client organization.

The Wayland Group takes on only a select group of clients at a given time, to ensure that each client receives appropriate and personalized attention.  Further, counsel is provided only by senior staff.  In every case, The Wayland Group seeks to form a supportive and collaborative partnership with the client organization, working with volunteer leaders, senior management, and professional staff.

The Wayland Group typically serves client institutions in Arts, Education, Science, the Environment, Human Services, and Health Care.
