Wayland Group Announces Changes to the Board of Directors
TORONTO, ON, April 9, 2019 – Wayland Group Corp. (CSE:WAYL) (FRANKFURT: 75M) (OTCQB:MRRCF) (“Wayland” or the “Company”) announces the following change to its Board of Directors.
Due to personal reasons, Rudi Hilti has resigned as Director of Wayland Group Corp. Mr. Hilti’s responsibilities at his own commercial and non-commercial enterprises have increased to a level that would compromise his time and effectiveness as a board member of the Company. Wayland would like to thank Rudi for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors. Mr. Hilti wishes Wayland a successful future, especially after the recent great news in Germany.
